چکیده
Molybdenum (Mo), boron (B), and iron (Fe) play an important role in symbiotic nitrogen fixation by legume plants. The intensity of this process varies different growth stages legumes, the changes are accompanied content translocation these micronutrients plant. A two-year field experiment was conducted to investigate dynamics molybdenum, boron, content, translocation, accumulation pea Two cultivars were studied six growth, from four-leaf stage full maturity. Mo, B, Fe roots highest flowering stage, i.e., period establishment symbiosis most intensive atmospheric fixation. bioaccumulation factors Mo generally initial decreased during generative development, while reverse pattern observed for boron. also indicate high B low biomass pea. factor indicated a potential allocation aerial parts, increasing growth; stable boron; very minor parts. values all parameters tested usually dependent on conditions which (the year), but not cultivar

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants
This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...
متن کاملResponse of Pea Plants (Pisum sativum L.) to Reduced Supply with Molybdenum and Copper
The role of molybdenum (Mo) and copper (Cu) in regulation the activities of the enzymes involved in primary nitrogen assimilation in particular the nitrate reductase (EC 1.6.6.1) and glutamine synthetase (EC 6.3.1.2) was examined. Pea plants were grown in a phytotron chamber at 12 h photoperiod, day /night temperature 25/18 C and photon flux density of 95 μmol m s until 21 day. Plants were grow...
متن کاملWhole shoot mineral partitioning and accumulation in pea (Pisum sativum)
Several grain legumes are staple food crops that are important sources of minerals for humans; unfortunately, our knowledge is incomplete with respect to the mechanisms of translocation of these minerals to the vegetative tissues and loading into seeds. Understanding the mechanism and partitioning of minerals in pea could help in developing cultivars with high mineral density. A mineral partiti...
متن کاملRole of nitrogen content of pea (Pisum sativum L.) on pea aphid (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris) establishment
The leaf nitrogen content is generally accepted as an indicator of food quality and as a factor affecting host selection by phytophagous insects. The alate pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris, Aphididae) were given a choice among non-nodulated pea plants (Pisum sativum L.) supplied with one of four nitrate-N levels (0, 3, 15 and 30 mM). When whole plants were exposed to aphids for 7 days, th...
